Cycling Around the Arenal Volcano

IMG_20190207_100128142.jpgThis morning we rode around the Arenal volcano.  I was happy to have the chance to cycle.  The bikes were well used, but they functioned well enough.  Some parts were off road, so we had to ride lower tire pressures. This isn’t great for me when we’re on tarmac, but safety first.

The views were awesome.

    Such a beautiful place!

How fantastic! I am thrilled you got in some cycling — and with such beautiful views.

  3. Looks lovely, Anthony. But why not ride up it? LOL. I recall walking up a Volcano Agua in Guatemala. I was with a German woman and I had to lean on her hard to make it all the way up and back down. Beautiful… until they blow and wipe out villages like Volcano Fuego did. Thanks for sharing. More pics please!
