Ridiculousness Achieved

I am not a whiner about winter, but c’mon.  It’s April 14th.  I woke up to bird sounds when I looked to see if they had delivered the newspaper or not.  Birds were singing.  I took that as a pretty clear indication of spring.

Perhaps, I was mistaken.

As my Toronto Maple Leafs are in thick and hard playoff action tonight, I may post today’s Perfect Moment a bit late.  I hope this will suffice until then.

About Anthony

I am: equal parts rebel, romantic and shockingly average Joe. a writer trapped inside of an ESL teacher's body. an introverted attention seeker. a teacher who hopes one day to be called "Captain, my Captain." an intellectual who can do some very dumb things. a person whose Japan experience, despite being so long ago, still exerts a strong influence upon him. a lover of books, music, beer, hockey and Pizza.

I thought we had spring today also but it only lasted an hour or so…sigh!

  2. John says:

    Also a long winter here.

  3. And also here. Cold, raining, grey skies… my bike clothing is still full-on winter.
