Today, I ate fast food. That is not the Perfect Moment.
I chose the salad instead of the fries. That is not the Perfect Moment.
Despite the crowds of people, I did not lose my temper. That is also not the Perfect Moment.
Other things that were not the Perfect Moment include; remembering to tap my Scene card so I got some points, not exploding at the smoky eyed counter person when she completely misheard my directions and put my condiments on in the wrong order (the mustard has to go on the meat portion….it absolutely has to), smiling at a random customer and having her smile back.
Today’s Perfect Moment is that when my Cappuccino shake came, instead of a medium, they gave me a large…..at no charge. A LARGE! A delicious LARGE. This size upgrade was no mistake. This was destiny. Running out of medium cups was destiny.
I’m laughing ..
I hope that is because it was mildly funny and not because I sound like a crackpot with a sugar addiction.
Definitely funny.
WAHOOO extra caffeine for the win!
I wouldn’t say you sound like a crackpot with a sugar addiction, Anthony — but I *am* a little concerned that you’re writing under the influence (of caffeine). Glad your fast-food foray at least had one happy moment. 🙂
