C is for Cookie

I’m not really into fashion…..okay, I am not into fashion at all on me, but can respect it on others (Loved Project Runway Junior for example).  Yesterday, upon entering class I saw my student so happily clad in what I can only describe as the most awesome Cookie Monster shirt I have ever seen.

The fact that he seemed to love it as much as I did–you can tell by how proudly he posed for this picture–made me smile a lot. Perfect Moment found…for yesterday.

My favourite T-shirt from my youth was one I found in a discount store. I didn’t know what it was, but found the same picture on a beer label many years later.  Then I wondered how the heck it got across that vast ocean to end up there…..I still wonder to this day.  I still miss the shirt.

    C’mon! Cookie Monster rules!

  2. I know what it is! Tasmanian tiger. They became extinct, in the 1930s I believe, when the last know pair held in captivity died. One of my triplets wrote a report on them last year.
