It had been raining all night, but had stopped before I left my house to walk to the bus stop. It was soothing cold, but not winter cold. There was a breeze bringing the smell of trees and new flowers to my nose. The grass was a vibrant green, still wet from the rain. The morning noise didn’t seem to be able to overcome the fresh feeling. When people say “it’s a brand new day”, they must have been talking about a morning like this.

About Anthony

I am: equal parts rebel, romantic and shockingly average Joe. a writer trapped inside of an ESL teacher's body. an introverted attention seeker. a teacher who hopes one day to be called "Captain, my Captain." an intellectual who can do some very dumb things. a person whose Japan experience, despite being so long ago, still exerts a strong influence upon him. a lover of books, music, beer, hockey and Pizza.
